StampKu offers paid plans for merchants. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to provide accurate business and billing information;

• Fees are due as outlined during sign-up and are non-refundable except as required by law;

• StampKu reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, and features with notice;

• StampKu may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.

StampKu is not responsible for how merchants use customer data provided through the platform.

6. Hyperlinking to our Content:

Approved organizations may link to our Website as described in the original version above. Requests for linking approval should be sent to info@stampku.email with the relevant details.

7. Content Liability:

StampKu is not responsible for content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your site. No link should appear on any site that may be interpreted as defamatory, obscene, criminal, or rights-infringing.
